HI All

Karen 2709 here… just joined the forum… I am only just over 50 and I am looking for something more than home and garden tips - have I logged on to the wrong site??

I am happily married, however would love to discuss marriage post - 50 years - married for 27 years… as it seems to have subtly changed over the last few years… and I am no sure why??

Good one Patsy… yes perhaps I am ‘no’ sure what I should be expecting… same as I wasn’t at 20 , 30 , 40 …? Just felt that then I perhaps had more time to adjust!!!

Welcome Karen, if you have had a good 27 years marriage then you. Should have the answer for the next few years ,have you noticed a change and thats why you are asking ?

I suppose I am hoping that I will be able to chat with a few people who have either ’ been there and done that’ or are ‘there and doing that’ at the moment… big life changes happening with me at the moment, and I suppose I am looking for some support? Not really interested in home and garden…

yes , I have noticed a change , … although a very subtle one over the last 4 to 5 years… we still really enjoy each others company, and have great fun together and with the family… and spend most of our spare time together… however it is different!!
