yes have to keep the sliding door to it shut to stop Teazle going in there

Why is your conservatory so hot?
Left untreated, large windows or roof panels can allow not just light, but also solar energy to stream unchecked through the glass and into your property, steadily raising the internal temperature until all too often, it becomes too hot to enjoy or endure.
Something should be done about that as it could be unhealthy. 
Close those blinds! Seriously it brings down the temperatures quite noticeably. Don’t open the doors because all you do is let in hot air.
Open the windows where there is shade and its cooler air which comes in.
even the cold tap in the kitchen is rnning warm water for a short time
Mags simple an swer is not to go in there
Even too hot to be outside it is like a furnice out there
I’ve never understood the point of conservatories for people. IMO, they’re only fit for plants.

Which needs to have both insulation and reflective elements in its
composition ??
As stated earlier, external venetion blinds can cut heat ingress by over
90% which is far superior to internal blind systems !!
