Music Of The Gods!

No words…just…no words! Darkened room, no disturbances, lots of time…just…treat yourself to this magnificent sound!

Such as what, PS?

Um…Most popular music is secular and about sex. :grinning:

The above work is from back when music, and the word “music”, actually meant something! No attempts to blow-job the microphone, or references to sexual favours activities against the police, and no foul language or talk of guns/shooting and knives/stabbing, and no talk of kicking girlfriends in the “baby makers” when they’re knocked to the floor.

This music can actually be written down, rather than appearing to be just all the digit portions of telephone directory pages stuffed together on a screen. Music has a disease, in our time, and I don’t even know what to call that disease. I prefer to take the older sounds.

Some of today’s rap music is much too graphic that’s true.

I do empathise Ian, I love to listen to early music from time to time.
Then again perhaps I’m bit bit of a hypocrite, grew up with The Sex Pistols, Stranglers, The Clash etc… :man_shrugging:

this is what churches were really built for - praising the Lord through musical prayer!!

But we don’t need a video or a church to get the effect ?
Just go out in the desert or the Karoo , preferably at midnight ?

Back then? As it happens I do like church music. I was the bass in four harmony group. People still enjoy that.

There’s lots of nice modern music about too eg:
