Without it I don’t think I would ever get out of bed at present.
Get up in morning.
Wow, hi longfellow, nearly got you mixed up with longdogs
So glad l looked in the music room today
Just what l need
Music matched the scenery, all in unison
When you see the blokes crossing that ridge and then
approaching the precipice
You learn what a cliff edge really is
It puts our lives in perspective.
Fantastic stuff! Only watched first one so far.
But intend to listen to all but needed to to reply to your post
I need a good quality player now, any recommendations.
This is all new to me.
Regards. Donkeyman.

Hi Donkeyman I have a TV screen on my wall above my desk which I use all the time for music vids, movies and football the sound/picture are great so much better than the tinny sound of my Samsung laptop and no speakers hanging about.
It all comes out of the TV.
I then open a window or two or three on my laptop and read the news or send e.mails, whatever I want to do whilst the music is playing above .Its great for Youtube video’s and I always try and post the music with the best videos I can find Has you obviously can see.
Enjoy.
I often read the posts on Youtube and one that made me smile on this artist and song was “How is it the 70s got Cat Stevens, whilst we today get Ed Sheerean.”
I think it can be said for so many or todays artist.
To listen to good music you have to venture back in time.
Overwhelmed
Im back again longfellow, l’ve a feeling l’m going to be a
nuisance, till l get the hang of it.
Do l have to buy a smart tv then? or could l use headphones
direct to the laptop. I ask because my eyes are going fast
and l might be unable to watch the video’s, but still be able
to enjoy the music.
Best Regards Donkeyman.
Yep DM buy yourself a decent set of headphones has that will be cheaper. I only mentioned the TV because I have found it great for vids/sound.But if your eyes are worsening then like you say you will only need the sound.
By the way I hope something can be done for your sight.
Its amazing these days what they can do.
Saying that I am waiting for yet another appointment to Orsett eye department I have cancelled the past 3 years appointments because they have been in the winter.
Here’s hoping I get a nice summer appointment this year.
Video
Than.ks so for prompt reply LF. I did enjoy the videos
though, but l concurr with you on cost, l do have good
pair of earphones l used for listening to audio tapes.
Regarding my eyes, am going for MRI tommorrow so as they
in the song, lets see what tommorrow brings.
Thanks again for your help and concern for my eyes.
Best Rsgards Donkeyman.
Some class tracks in here, Longfellow.
By the way, how are you doing at the moment. I remember you weren’t feeling so good around Christmas?
Bouncing back mate bouncing back.
Soon be summer and when I get the car out of the garage I will be out walking again in the park with my black mac scaring the ladies.
Hope things are good with yourself are you still going down the gym.
Couple of Crazy Horse tunes I ain’t heard for some time.
You know when you have a great song.
Its when nobody else can sing it the way you do.
The perfect example is foreigner “I Want To Know What Love Is.”.
You can wear your black mac on here mate and scare the ladies. You know they love it
Good to hear you’re doing well. Yep, still going to the gym 3-4 times a week, though I save the heavier stuff for the weekends. Too tired 'cos of my shifts to do on weekdays.
Neil Young, always a top 10 artist for me
