Mushroom murderer Erin Patterson’s appeal against a her sentence has been quashed and the judges have removed the non parol period. Her appeal against her conviction was also quashed by the Victorian Supreme Court.
Erin Patterson will die in prison, after Victoria’s highest court stripped the mushroom killer of a chance of parole and labelled her crimes “extraordinarily cold and calculated”.
