My Ricoh GR3X is a clever toy: set it to multi-exposure, set the Composite Mode to Average, Additive or Bright. (There are a few other thing you can tweak, haven’t tried all the settings yet).
Take a photo, move the camera a little, take another photo, and more. I don’t think there is a limit to the number. I took some shots today, just 5 exposures each time with different modes. The same subject from different positions.
What do you think? I’m looking forward to playing more.
Not my kind of Photography sorry Dood, Photo stacking I understand but mixing several photos like this is shall we say “different”. Still famous art work that make millions of pounds, that I also don’t comprehend, gives me hope for your efforts above
A similar effect can be produced using transparencies in the editing program. This is the same image twice but more could have been added. Maybe for it to be more like it, at least one copy of the image needs to be solid (no transparency)…
