Try updating your Office installation.
I have received advice that the issue should be fixed in Version 2109, Builds 14430.20160 or greater. I just updated and am now on Version 2109, Build 14430.20270.
Tested - OK

It’s a recurring issue which won’t affect those who don’t use the “section” facility in MS Word …
