Just learning where everything is so I don’t make a mess of it.
This will be my first post having been recommended by two other members, who have said what wonderful camaraderie there is on this site.
I do not get as much time as I would like to spend on the computer, as having five grandchildren who live at both ends of the county, my wife and I like to visit them when we can.
I have lived here since 1942 having previously lived in London before the Luftwaffe decided to drop an incendiary device through the roof.
Have been happily married for fifty-seven years, and can still remember when it cost a couple of old pence to buy a newspaper.
It’s nice to know there are so many of you who are willing to, not only acknowledge with a welcome, but able to give guidance on the technical workings of the forum, which I am sure I will, in due course be calling on, to give ths old brain box some guidance as necessary.
