Medication - How many a day

Ah, thank you for explaining LD. :+1:

I wouldn’t ever ignore it though, but would like to know why instead of just being given orders without explanation!

Muddy My Chemo many years ago & taking Vit D supplements seem to have dramatically reduced my Magnesium levels but I have tried to increase them with magnesium rich foods, When I get my blood test results I will let you know if it worked.
These are what I have eaten more of
Avocados, Bananas, leafy green vegetables, barley, cashew & almond nuts and here is my favourite that I eat every day
Dark Chocolate! :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Hi
I had both Vitamin D and Magnesium Deficiency.

I take magnesium citrate, 1480mg a day.

I have a SAD light, which I use 3 hours a day for the Vitamin D.

I used to deploy my lightbox until I changed all of our lamps to full spectrum daylight type.

Thanks for the explanation LongDriver. Like Mups, I would never ignore advice printed on medication packets but I’d like to know why I need to avoid certain things.

I take medication for high blood pressure and have one puff of a steroid inhaler at night for asthma.

I don’t take multi vitamins as the ones l used to take just got bigger and choked me. Even when l cut them up, they still choked me!
Instead, l just eat fresh vegetables and nourishing food.

I do take Vit D tablets every few days as l don’t want to overload my system.

My cholesterol is highish at 6, but it’s hereditary and the doctor says, it’s good cholesterol. I flatly refuse to take statins.
