In a letter to the prime minister he says the government “owe it to people who have sacrificed so much in this pandemic to be honest when we have let them down”.
Well, it took him a while to be honest - in the end, his back was to the wall so he had no choice …

It was a forgone conclusion Omah, if Hancock had listened to Any Answers on the radio after Any Questions earlier this afternoon he would have been in no doubt he had to go…
A day too late, if he had any integrity it would have been yesterday when he went .
If he had any integrity, he’d have quit when his “unlawful” dealings were exposed … 
Poor fella. After all, he’s not lined the pockets of any mates while he was in office and who might slip him a bung for potential consultancy work.
“Soapy” handed out billions, not only to mates (including a discraced ex-Tory minister and the owner of a dog food company) but family (including his sister) and friends (including a pub landlord) … :!:

I do feel sorry for Mrs Hancock
Not only is she betrayed but royally so in front of the entire country by the man she loved the father of her children .
Yes, she and her children are the victims of his little dalliance.
Not the first politicians wife to have experienced this and not the last…and his ‘paramour’ ? Out of a job?
Well if she isn’t she has a thicker skin than a rhino!
I feel sorry for all their children who have to mix with other up to the minute kids.

Yes I agree Annie, it was one of his own rules that done him. But the quick kiss and fondle in works time was a bit careless to say the least, Matt is obviously an amateur at this game…
