Hi
The thing is a Disaster, Heads need to roll.
It was an evil, nasty, vindictive attack on our youngsters out for a special treat.
Firstly, it should never have happened, simple, basic, precautions would have prevented it.
They were not taken.
Secondly, the response was disastrous, it prevented saving lives.
The littlies were left to die of their injuries.
I can say this as an insider, not an outside critic just ranting at the Police.
It would not have happened where I worked.
It would not have been licenced for a start, the application would have been refused because of lack a correct Safety Plan.
If it had been licensed, all my staff and a large number of police would have been working it ,anyone with a bag or rucksack would have been stopped and searched.
It would have been a well coordinated operation.
We will never stop them all, but we can stop high risk events being unprotected.
