Any way, the man was a complete stranger to her. He was in his way to work, saw her dangling and run up the stairs to save her The mayor has given him a medal
Ah, more info here. Her mother had gone out shopping and left her locked in the flat alone and she climbed out
The man ran up the stairs and knocked on the door of the flat below and luckily some one answered the door

Gosh what a hero… and what a lucky little girl! He deserved the medal
I can’t make out what he was standing on? Has he got one leg on the window frame and one on the ledge inside? They are both so lucky the window didn’t break with their weight on it.
I hope the little girl’s irresponsible Mother learns from this. I wonder how many other times she has left the toddler on her own?
