Interestingly the female Kookaburra relies on the male to feed her when she’s hatching the eggs.So beforehand she puts rivals to the test to see who is the best at finding food for her.

I would say the one on the left is a female with the brown tail feathers.

To become an Adult gum tree, it must at one time be young. :slightly_smiling_face:
