It happens that I saw the clip from the US TV programme the Daily Show before I read this article. I actually thought that Trevor Noah was spot on and funny as well. But this quickly became quite controversial. Thoughts?
Trevor Noah is South African. He’s not American. Many of his ideas about race come from his experience growing up under apartheid. Odd that his views are characterized as American.
Think he is catering to the American left who see racism in everything.
He shows one clip of a deranged UK citizen moaning about are new PM and lumps us all together as racist…shades of CNN me thinks.

Funny that I got no sense that Trevor Noah thinks we are all racist. Yes, he did respond to one person who clearly was being racist. But nothing Noah said implied everyone else in the UK was racist. How did you reach the conclusion he lumped us all together?
Can someone explain to Trevor Noah that Rishi Sunak is British.
