TBH,angel-I VERY much doubt I’ll even take it from the freezer.
But at least I bought one.
No-I just finished making a fresh decanter of espresso…but this time,for the occasion,hand-ground by MOI…and I even bought a miniature of Brandy and poured a capful into the decanter. MOST mellow,with a soupcon of honey that’s been blended in whilst still hot. That’ll do me,hon. Oh-plus I treated myself to a small pouch of ‘rough cut’…I said CUT,you nasty-minded thing,you…baccy,specially for my pipe. Yuss. I’ll have a ‘me’ Xmas.

I have loads of Chinese food left, that I cooked earlier.

Well Christmas Day dawns to a continuation of the steady rain and grey sky. This is going to be the quietist Christmas ever! That has , of course, certain advantages for old codgers, and grandkids will be visiting and staying a few days around New Year. Meals on wheels for me on Thursday ( well not FOR me! I’m delivering them! :-))
