Bedtime Story is a 1964 comedy film made by Pennebaker Productions. It was directed by Ralph Levy and produced by Stanley Shapiro with Robert Arthur as executive producer from a screenplay by Stanley Shapiro and Paul Henning. The music score was by Hans J. Salter and the cinematography by Clifford Stine.
The film stars Marlon Brando, David Niven and Shirley Jones, and was later the basis for the 1988 comedy film Dirty Rotten Scoundrels starring Steve Martin and Michael Caine.

Where did I get Tony Curtiss from???
I did wonder.![]()
Thought it dain’t look right, there is only one S in Curtis.
thanks SP that was lovely to read that - I might try to find it on utube?
Good Luck on that Gummy.![]()
I have enjoyed the past five years on this forum & especially here on SCRIBBLES, my first port of call.
My meanderings have been largely based on my illustrious career in retailing albeit some of it was in hindsight a tad too much in the style of “Blue remembered hills”. (Dennis Potter.)
There never was an Uncle Vivian, there’s a surprise. He was a patchwork of snatched bits of many folks I have known. He was, in fact, the best friend I never had, my loss.
I have had a light bulb moment, an epiphany.
In the light of my failing health, I have harped back to happier days, rather than living in the moment. I intend to live more in the moment, warts and all.
Not to wallow in it but to share my current view of my & our world.
Welcome to my new world chums
