Last bad movie you watched?

Eegah, 1962 Horror Movie.
Often voted one of the worse films of all time. Now a cult favourite.
Watchable purely to see how bad it can actually get. I tell you, it gets worse as it goes along

Australia (2008) Baz Luhrmann .
A" pastiche of the grand epics of old."
No, a load of old cobblers.

I never watched it. Not really into films depicting Australia.

Just last night I watched ā€œMoving Onā€ with Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, released this year. I was hoping for something light, and it was totally boring.

Thank you for the heads up :+1: - I will not be watching that one.

What’s the name of the film?

We’ve been working through this list of ā€˜hidden gemsā€ when we’ve got nothing to watch

Last week we watched ā€œThe Night Comes for Usā€

It was dire. Non stop brutal violence but without the humour and wit of a Tarantino film

Dungeons and Dragons: Honor Among Thieves.

Switched it off after 40 mins having had enough of the moronic dialogue and plotless story.

That is the title Eegah

The Night Eats the World
Supposedly a Zombie Movie.
I found this movie to be boring in the extreme. Most shots were dark, mostly using still shots.
Certainly nothing scary about it.
My recommendation? Give it a miss. less than 1 star.

The Last Scout
After the earth is destroyed by war, a scout team of astronauts searches the universe for a habitable place to save the human race.

36 minutes in, nowt going on, just mindless dialogue.
Then a deserted Chinese spaceship crosses their path…
Voices raised, arguments ensue…

Voyage to the Planet of Prehistoric Women 1968
Voyage to the Planet of Prehistoric Women is a 1968 American science fiction film that takes place in 1998.
Astronauts landing on Venus encounter dangerous creatures and almost meet some sexy Venusian women who like to sun-bathe in hip-hugging skin-tight pants and seashell brassieres.
Prepare for the plot twist ending.
This film is so awful it’s brilliant. Director ā€œDerek Thomasā€ is actually Peter Bogdanovich. He chose not to have his name credited on the film prints, but he did the narration as if he were one of the cosmonauts telling the story in flashback.

Couple a weeks ago on TV ā€˜A Star Is Born’ ( Barbara Streisand/ Kris Kristofferson)

Unusual for me not to watch a film to the end, but i made an exception for this version of the film!
My favourite version was Judy Garland and James Mason - an absolute classic.
The most recent starring Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper was just about ok for me.

Anything by Peter Greenaway! I appreciate he’s held in high regard but I can’t stand his films
