Hi

That looks superb, thanks so much for posting it

I am definitely going to make the salad.

I will alter the quantity of the lamb and potatoes, still the same ingredients and timings and cook on a rack to drain the saturated fat off.

My heart nurses would have a fit

Not a great fan of garlic, so used half the quantity.

Each to their own preference. For me, tarragon would be perhaps too overbearing a flavour.

i am used to flavoured food as my wife is from India and they have to adulterate everything. my taste has now reached the level that I cant taste lightly flavoured meals and have to add extras. mind you, it does keep a guy regular in the wc department

Your wife will have a lifetime of experience in subtle flavourings. I envy this ability.

Hi

I am surrounded by nurses from Kerala who are giving me spices and recipes.
They are also giggling and telling me that the recipes are not very spicy.

Paula is dropping off veggies, tomato, chilli and herbs from the garden and a load of chocolate on the ward this afternoon.
