Did John Goodman get ill at one time?
His face seems a little gaunt.

Hi Bretrick; I love The Conners, as for John Goodman; I think that he just lost some weight.
So; what do you think of the show ??

Yes, Mr. Goodman decided to lose weight about five years ago or more.
Personally, I liked to see him with that nice bit of extra weight. He’s so gaunt now, and it aged him.

The show is okay. A smattering of laughs.
I suppose one would need to have had children to get the nuances, though.

I liked the original show Rosanne better. This is ok and all but, it’s just not the same. I also didn’t care for the fact that they paired Dan up with the gal from Married with Children. It seems off.

I agree with you Fritz; the original show (Roseanne) is way better but,
this version is pretty good too
