JFK Assassination Latest - More Questions than Answers

Yesterday was the day when more information was to be declassified over the assassination of JFK and the events that surround it… but… 9 out of 10 documents are still being withheld from declassification :scream:

Something fishy going on perhaps … ???

Almost 60 years have passed. Mountains of documents are kept and not being declassified for a multitude of reasons, some almost silly, and others for national security. In any event, it will not change our current issues, security, governing practices at this late date. Pointing a finger to someone or some government will not rewrite history.
JFK was loved, an insightful president, and left a definite mark on our nation and democracy. He was one of the remarkable presidents.

So, this is not a significant revelation, just more for the history books to make note of.

Not sure the Seneca Indians would agree with that, RightNow.

I live in Seneca country in New York state, and have never heard any negative comments about JFK in all these years.

I think Tabby might be referring to the Seneca families that were forcibly turfed off their lands, including their burial lands, when they was appropriated for building a reservoir.

The only question I ever needed answered. Was answered that day. He died tragically.

All the conspiracy surrounding it is very tiresome at this point. Let a Great Man RIP.

Exactly, Morti. The Seneca had a treaty - signed by George Washington - giving them that land in perpetuity. JFK ignored it. The Seneca also had an alternate plan drawn up for a dam that would have worked equally as well and not affected their burial grounds. JFK ignored that as well. I don’t view that as being particularly ‘great’ - but I am not American - so what would I know?

Then I look at the rabble governing UK just now and realise they are nothing to boast about either! :grinning: :grinning: :grinning:
