this new format gives us circular manifestations of members online, where it used to be names, but, there are no more or less interventions into the flow of chat, than previously, one wonders what that means?

I am beginning to think we need a section for ‘chit chat’ (i.e threads with no over-arching theme). I wonder who would be its biggest posters 
Basically, it still goes quiet at certain periods, like when the pseudo messing about kids did their homework whilst the real messers carried on messing, and spent a life unqualified.
