Hello I am Steve 52 from Rochdale near Manchester, why I am I here well… I am looking for some inspiration, I have been fairly inactive for years I play golf every now and then do a bit of hft target shooting and walk the dogs, apart from that very much a Sofa Spud :-(:-(I would love to get involved in some sort of activity sport walking just something to get me off the sofa, at work I am pretty much inactive also spending long periods seated, if your In the area surrounding Rochdale give me a shout
