No kidding reading this although a serious situation ,its like something from a Comedy Film , If you scroll down to the passengers diving for cover .
Who in the right mind would want to take a shell from a war home in a back pack .!

It was rather optimistic to think you would be allowed to take an unexploded shell onto the aircraft, when they turn their nose up at an oversize bottle of aftershave…
It doesn’t take anything as dramatic as an unexploded shell to throw Sydney airport into chaos. All it takes is a few passengers.
Understandable though!
Absolutely! As you say it is understandable, the borders have been slammed shut for 2 years and the people have been denied their fix of a Bali holiday.
serves them alright for stealing the Golan heights in the first place - came back to bit them in the bum!! - funniest story I’ve heard this year!!
Err, care to enlarge please?

Not entirely, for one thing neither the Israeli government nor the Israeli people stole the Golan. It was taken from Syria during the attack against Israel in 1967 (6 Day War) and became one of the spoils of war and so unlike looting was a legitimate gain. Because of continuing terrorist attacks against Israel farms Golan was finally a full annexation in 1981. I suggest that you “bone up” on international law based on precedence as well as history.
