Is it too soon to mention Christmas?

When do you start planning, shopping etc. ?

I only have my daughter to buy for and this year we are going to a hotel for Christmas Day, so no food to worry about or cook

How about you do you have family’s to cater for etc ?

Hi Ambre, it’s not too soon to mention Christmas :christmas_tree:

We used to get all together but, ever since my parents passed away
we hardly see each other; which is so sad

Well, I’ve started ‘thinking’ about planning, shopping etc.
I’m in town with my son on Wednesday so we’ll start the snowball rolling with a few nice decorations in local our branch of Sostren Grene

I’m sure the rest will follow! :snowman_with_snow::christmas_tree::gift:

We are doing Christmas early this year as we have quite a full schedule in the weeks running up to it, so we need to get stuff done in advance, such as buying presents and yet more decorations. Things are always made worse with my wife’s birthday only a few days before Christmas, so that’s two things to organise. This year we are going to Las Vegas in the first week of December, so there is pressure to be all organised and ready. Personally, I could do without all the hassle, but there it is.

what’s this christmas thingie ??

This year we have been invited to our next door neighbours for Christmas inner. Then on Boxing day we have about eight family members for our big meal.

As for shopping, my dear wife has mostly done it already using the Internet. The larger items have been delivered to our door.
