Does anyone here invest in funds?
I have some in a stocks and shares Isa
It has done quite well in the past but lately not so good .
My main fund is Fundsmith equity which has still done more or less ok
My main loser Scottish Mortgage once almost a sure thing .
Anyone who has an index tracker ( I have not ) must be doing well atm
Any thoughts ?

I invest mainly via the power industries (tho not solely) as everything with the future in mind will be reliant on electrical power in one form or another. For the past few yrs SSE have stood out with a good return considering how some of the lesser companies have gone to the wall.
I’m still considering which fund to buy. I looking for one that will pay me a dividend of around 4 or 5%/yr and still protect my capital.
