there are a couple of “extras” which I think are important if you do get one. so get to me if and . Oh make sure it records in PAL
Not the others which are the American NTSC or the eastern version SECAM.
PAL is sold in this country but on ebay you might find the others if going for used which I would not touch
just taken this no editing, Teazle right beside me using camcorder as taken time 9.24pm. not bad for a quick snapshot indoors

I have come across one stupid thing on the camcorder and just emailed sony about it.
In the menu there is a facility to fade in a video with a black or white fade. you can also do the same fading out.
The issue I have is the fading function doesn’t stay on. Start a video with a fade in and it doesn’t fade out at the end.
or end with a video fading out butg not a fade in start
ASny video looks more professional if it fades in and out. OK i can do it in post processing but in camcorder would be better
