Imitation is the greatest form of flattery

Those of you who know some of my history will know that my biggest internal driver is music, so now I have a question for all of you who listen closely to compositions while taking note of any similarities to already established pieces.

I may have got this wrong, but am I the only one who has noticed that the writer of Edan Golan’s Hurricane must have been influenced by Beyonce’s Halo when composing Hurricane.

Both powerful ballads, sung by women with a similar powerful vocal range.
Not sure i would agree that the songs bear much resemblance to each other. :thinking:
