If you could permanently delete one song from the face of the earth, never to be played or heard by anyone ever again, what song would it be?

Oops! Too late now and there’s no antidote :face_with_hand_over_mouth::rofl:

Not a whole song but the instrumental section on the end of Layla, what was Mr Clapton thinking?

That and the song itself. Awful.

Got to admit, I prefer the “B” side, Bell Bottom Blues

I was never a fan of Clapton’s music after that.

I actually like the instrumental section of Layla not the first half.
In fact melody and the beat provides the emotioal connexion for me
most of the time.
The lyrics of 95% of pop songs seem to be mostly about puppy love or unrequited love which to me is kinda boring really.

One of the soppiest songs ever written,
Whoa whoa whoa whoa, only my love does it good" one of the greatest lyricists ever?
