As much as I loved dogs for the protection they offered, my 
heart firmly belong to the familiar feline species. Over decades of learning how to be their equal and being accepted as such.
Very different from dogs, you’ve got to provide what they need and just as a child, if their needs are met, you’ll get the love and affection they can give freely and unconditionally.
