Iāve imbibed a beer or two even though Iāve gone off it lately. A beer has to be tried every now and then to see if Iāve gone off it long term. I drank brandy with dry ginger ale over Christmas ā¦and a Baileys or two. I quite enjoyed those.

I cut my teeth at 17 on Carlsberg Specials and boy did they make me ill, It took around 18 months of sickness, being drunk, and getting yelled at for being an idiot. These days Iām Tee Total and glad of it. So many soft and non alcoholic drinks around now.

Donāt think its important either way. more folks take prescription drugs than alcohol, that maybe thatās where the respectable problem lies?

If I do drink, it is white rum, and drinking is always close family issues.
If all I had to drink was gin I would be teetotal.
I do enjoy the occasional ginā¦ this stuff is gorgeous!
A friend of mine suggested adding a slice of cucumber instead of lime or lemonā¦ works a treat!
