I think my upstairs neighbour's partner might be gone

I have written extensively about the two always arguing when he returns home from his two week work stint in “the mines”
I have not seen or heard her in at least 6 weeks.
Maybe they decided that fighting every time he returned was not the best way to spend life.
It has returned to being really peaceful here now.
