Since beginning work at my new job in October of 2020 my pay has increased by 39%.
All based on my value to the company and great work ethic.
In that time I have also received $4000 in cash bonuses and $500 in gift cards.
This company is proving to be worth my while hanging around.

That speaks for you. Must be very satisfying to get pay rises just for hanging around.

Very satisfying. Work is not hard, simply consistent. Some days are madness, some days are a breeze.

I was out of work after my car crash(decided not to go back working 12 hour night shifts)
Being 58 years old, I was not getting to the interview stage. Looked like my working days were over.
Driving around, saw a business with a large sign outside - “Hiring Now”
Gave them my resume, they hired me immediately because they were looking for someone with overhead crane experience. - I have been operating them since I was 15.
End of story.
