You actually watch this stuff???
I’ve just turned over to see what the fuss is about and the only celeb I recognise is John Barrowman. They have to put people’s names up on screen when they are talking.
I know …
I think in the first vote out, Ann will go.
You don’t know who Nick Knowles or Ann Hegarty are??
Assuming, of course, you have a t.v.!
They do seem a nice lot this year no nasty whispering about each other yet though the getting on together problems usually start when the latecomers arrive .
What a kind gesture by Nick Knowles to bring a pillow to be used by others :-). I sense it was a genuine gesture too and not one contrived to win brownie points from the public.
Yes Meg, I think Nick is a genuine caring bloke, he gets my vote…
It’s a bit like the forum Ruthio, once you start watching it you have to look in every day in case you miss something…
If you watch it each day Annie, you will get to know the ones you don’t already know…
I like to see the interaction between the different personalities…:surprised:
I’m A Celebrity: Noel Edmonds unveiled as the final (and highest paid) campmate as he vows to RETIRE if he’s crowned King of the Jungle
Noel Edmonds, 69, has been unveiled as the final I’m A Celebrity campmate amid reports he will earn £600,000 making him the highest paid contestant ever.
Doubt was cast over whether the Deal or No Deal legend would appear on the reality show after a flight attendant said he was spotted boarding a plane to Nice, France over the weekend.
But all suspicion has been dispelled as fans have been given their first look at the game show host in the trademark jungle gear and explorer hat.
It is not known when the late arrival will make his first appearance in camp but it will only be a matter of days.
I’m liking Rita Simons (Roxy) she seems very caring towards Anne.
I didn’t think l would like the show this time but l think it is great. There’s a nice atmosphere.
I am not sure it was the right programme for Anne Hegerty to go on as she seems to be really struggling.
Fleur who is supposed to be a ‘vegan’ was eating the meat served!
My brother was a contestant on Telly Addicts that Noel Edmonds presentedon BBC 1. He didn’t like Noel Edmonds at all and said he was very arrogant.
I agree. You do have to keep watching, except in my case I’ll not be watching the eating challenges, they make me gag.
Oooh! I didn’t spot that.
We never watch those. I think it is time they stopped those now.
It always amazes me, now that we are many series in, just how many naive and gullible people fall for the pantomine acting and cons that the contests provide.
Anne Heggarty 100% knows what the show is, what is expected in the show, what she will be subjected to, what the trials are like and she has volnteered to go on, possibly even asked to go on.
All this suggestion that she’s made a mistake, that she can’t cope is gullibility. She’s signing extensive contracts to be here. She knows the score.
It is the pantomine of every contestant every year to pretend that the trials are horrendous and they can’t cope FOR THE SPECIFIC REASON that they hope this will make the public select them repeatedly for more bushtucker trials which gives them more prominent air time. That’s the game folks.
Really most should have realised that by now.
There is nothing at all real about this “reality” tv show. Not one second of it. They all know they are on camera and microphone all of the time. So they play up to it ALL of the time.
If people have sense they will not vote for Heggarty any more and let her slip into less and less coverage. Same goes for the idiot blond girl who wailed all the way down in the sjy dive and who screamed with the snake challenge. Absolutely standard IACGMOOH behaviour. The public should be wise to this now.
Don’t feed these attention seekers and wannabe “A” listers imo. Don’t vote at all, but if you are dumb enough to, then vote for the quiet ones sitting in the shadows, not the ones making a fuss.
I stopped watching “I’m a Celeb” quite a few years ago as I was fed up with it. A few of this year’s entrants caught my interest so I have started watching it again.
I was quite surprised with the friendliness and helpfulness shown and it has certainly made it a lot more watchable for me. I admire Anne for entering and I do believe she is testing herself with how much she can manage to achieve considering her condition.
Looking forward to tonight viewing
Testing herself? They’re in it for the money and air time nothing more. There are many other and better ways to test one’s mettle.
Anne seemed to struggle more than the average contestant with that pad lock challenge. It’s as though she could not remember the combination numbers what with all the gunge flying around. I suspect this is due to her aspergers.
What I would dearly like to see happen is for the producers to give Ann a Noddy hat with a bell on it. Then she’d realise how bloody annoying it is with her nodding constantly no matter what she is saying.
