I love the form of Stag Trees

A tree with all live branches removed leaving branch stubs and trunk only.

Wow, great photos @Bretrick, those trees almost look like they’re trying to tell us something, showing their branches in such an expressive way.

They really are fantastic.
Very important as well. The hollows provided nesting places for breeding birds, possums, bats, owls, gliders, a multitude of animals.
Even snakes and frogs.
