I just made these savoury crackers

I have been trying recipes and just made a version of this recipe

Crackers

To the dry ingredients I added 1 teaspoon of ground cumin
1 teaspoon of turmeric
ground black pepper
To the wet ingredients I added 3 cloves of garlic crushed to a paste.
They are delicious…

They look delicious Meg. I was rather hoping the ‘savoury crackers’ in red would be a link to the recipe, but it’s only a link to the picture . Do you have a link to the actual recipe please?

They look yum and, dare I say it, just right for the Christmas cheeses……

But when I click the link I just get a picture, not the recipe :frowning:

Oh these look so delicious! I’m quite boring with crackers…I just have herby cheese on them, with some red grapes at the side. I would like to try these!

Opps sorry don’t know what happened there, I hope it works now.
The crackers are so easy to make, mine are bright yellow from the turmeric .

Thanks Meg, all fine now, recipe bookmarked

The crackers look delicious Meg…

They look mouth-wateringly tasty and vert tempting. That mix is the same as my matzah dough/pastry, so my next batch I’ll be either rolling flat or spinning thin as for pizza and then cutting into squares afore a swift grill toast cooking for lightness.
Before reading this thread, the thought would never have come to me …thanks👍

That looks great! I’ll definitely try these instead of store bought!
I wonder if I can make these with almond flour for a low carb version!

I’ll be trying these too @Meg , I love a cracker with cheese and a little home made chutney… :+1:

They look lovely. But I’m not sure I’d bother making my own.

I do like salted crackers, usually as a pre dinner snack with butter and fish paste in a tube from the Polish shop.

If you are into salty and fish paste, I can recommend anchovies for a nice cracker topping👍

Thanks … but I like to keep it simple …
