they are birch bolete mushrooms one of the best tasting mushrooms
I would have to fry them in hot butter…not burn hot but seal them so they cook fast…
the white ones are puff mushrooms not the same as shop ones they spread there pores from top fire out like a gun you got to get them same day they rise

You can pretty much get one fitted on demand, the cost is well worth it, the cables are invisible, we have Nextbase units, my car is running for about four hours a day so, needed the largest sd card.
