I drove past a volunteer litter crew on the highway today, one guy was on his cell phone! You can’t pick up trash while you’re on the cell phone. Outrageous!

Provided they were volunteer pickers and not on a payroll, they can do the media as much as they like, but in this case it would be rude to ask the person concerned what his status is

He’s supposed to stay busy picking up trash, not yakking on his phone. I was so mad I gave him an extra beer can to pick up, out it went!

Well all is good, if a person can put themselves out to do a bit of good FOC for their local society then, they are entitled to act in an inefficient manner, if they were receiving payment for the duty and acted in this manner, they can FOC Off
