A wine company named Jam Shed - from SE Australia - so far I have tasted their Chardonnay, Shiraz, Merlot and Rose (not all at once, I hasten to add) and they are excellent with or without a meal involved. They are reasonably priced £7 in Sainsbury’s, £7:99p in Asda and Spar. Would recommend them.
Savignon blanc is my fave wine.
I have been drinking this brand since last year! I’m not a huge lover of alcohol, but I do like this
I have tried the Shiraz, I’m no wine expert but It seemed to taste richer than the average Shiraz.
Hope that makes some kind of sense to all you connoisseurs out there.
we said we’d announce it together darl? xx
Just read the title, and wondered what he was like.
Yes,I was disappointed.Expected something juicier than grapes.
Mine too.Especially Oyster Bay from New Zealand. It’s probably in the UK.
Not come across that one, Smiffy.
You know I promised not to kiss and tell, Smiffy!
But it’s not proper wine though. For that one needs to chose European vineyards.
Italian - yummy
Soave is another nice dry white.
Oh Yes - can’t beat Italian wines. Soave goes well with Prawn Alfredo - one of my favourite Italian dishes.
Just found out that Sainsbury’s sell that one, Smiffy. Have added it to my order!
