When a Womble reached an age where he had to work, Great Uncle Bulgaria got out his very old & well used atlas. The young Womble would then chose a name from the words in the atlas, most studied it hard to get the right name that suited, but some just stuck a pin in it & where it landed was their name. This is why Wombles names are unusual.

I watched most of the series I think. I’m reading a book about them hence the thread. Now that song is going to haunt me all night & probably tomorrow as well.
