Haha. I’m very squeamish about food. Even the texture of certain foods creeps me out. When I was younger I went out fir girls night and they convinced me to try calamari. Yuck! The texture was so strange.
Shrimp. I tried my first one in 1978 and didn’t like it. It’s the last one I ate. My husband collects mussels from the ocean. Ewwww!!! Then there are snails and claims.

My mom used to make shepherds pie often and Yorkshire pudding. Now Yorkshire puddings are lovely especially with roast beef and gravy.

The eels I have eaten have more of a texture of mushy fish. That makes it sound less good than it tastes. Prepared well, it can taste pretty good.
