I think I have read a couple, I bought a set of Russian novels many decades ago when I lived in the UK.
My favourite Russian author by far is Aleksandr Solzenitsyn, I started off with One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich and stopped after I read Cancer Ward.
Cancer Ward was the most depressing book I have ever read but I could not put it down.
