Hello to you all. And to newbie Maggie.

Jazzi (or a variation on the spelling) is a nickname given to me by an old colleague, I seem to remember. Mind you, I’ve had many different names to that given to me at birth, but I won’t respond to Jane! I used to work with one and she was a nasty person.

Janet darlin’ - you bear a very honoured name, my elder sister is Janet - until last year when she retired she was a Magistrate.

Hi Uncle Joe. Only trouble is, I hate my name! Mum got upset once when I mentioned it to her. The other alternatives were Jackie or Barbara.

My sister was christened Christine but for most of her life she’s been known as Tina, which I think suits her best.

I’m affectionately known as Jarzel/Jarz in my family (given to me by Tina’s husband many moons ago).
