Hi Everyone! Thanks for your thoughtful and pleasant welcomes…I think I’ll start settling in here soon…

As you are into photography, can I ask what camera you have?
I use either a Nikon D800 or D300 and for video work a Panasonic HC-X900m.

may look odd but I can with this setup either manually pan etc or use the power unit without having to disassemble first for video work. Also keep a Nikon L26 compact in my car so I have at least one camera always to hand.
I don’t have a professional camera but a Nikon S7000 I think it is.
yes a little compact camera that is, handy for carrying about.
I started off after coming away from film cameras with a
Kodak 2mp camera to see what all this digital “thing” was all about
progressed from there as each camera I found restricted me in one way or another. Next was a Nikon D70s to a Nikon D200 then on to my Nikon D300 which I still have and now the Nikon D800.
Sounds like you know your cameras! I used my Nikon last night. I couldn’t find the instructions, not sure what happened to them but it makes it hard to use with no instructions.
Hello and welcome from me too
A very warm welcome Jasmeen.Any fish in the lake? Lol.
