Are you a rider or a lover of horses?
I only wish I were a rider Maisie, but I fell off a Gypsy’s horse when when I was about ten and never tried again.
I love to watch the racing and show jumping, have an odd flutter now and then, I think they are beautiful animals. The horse in my avatar is the famous Arkle which hangs on my bedroom wall, my Son painted it from a photograph for my 50th birthday.

I have these two lovely carvings of horses.
The dark one was brought from Spain over 30 years ago for me and the light one was bought as a birthday present for me many moons ago. They may be a bit blurred because I have lifted them off a bigger photo. I love my carved wooden animals.

Hi, I suppose my animals are my hobby. I have 2 dogs a Lab and a Jack Russell and 3 ponies. I really enjoy walking and though I don’t ride at the moment I can’t wait to begin again when my youngster is ready next year.
I hope you find the threads interesting, there is certainly plenty of variety.
