Just a walk today to try out my new pair of shoes Cakeman.
Saving myself for a long run tomorrow, it’s customary to run on Sunday…
oh ok ,hopefully it wont be raining, they keep going on about snow, we had few flakes here but they saying we getting some tomoz, hows weather where you are ?
Very cold today Cakeman, the few flakes of snow we had this morning didn’t turn into anything, but the wind was like a thousand daggers against any bare skin. It seems pretty dry at the moment but the temperature is expected to drop overnight (Minus 3 C this morning) the absence of water means it shouldn’t be too slippy. I don’t mind the cold, but ice can have you on your back in a second if you’re not concentrating.
yeah the wind can really cut through you and as you say ice will have you over quite easily, more so when running.take it easy out there
