This must be the most colourful bird in Australia.
I spotted this beauty in the grass a very short distance in front of me.
No more that 10 - 15 metres away.
The video was roughly 3 minutes, but the final minute was out of focus.

We had a family in a nest box in the garden but it seems to have been taken over by some sugar gliders.
