hmmmm, Since you’re a history lover, I have to ask; which era or civilization do you find yourself most drawn to? Ancient Rome? Medieval Japan? The Age of Exploration(this is my best :grin::nerd_face:)? I’ve got a soft spot for the Byzantine Empire too, mostly because it’s so underrated and weirdly dramatic.

And on the seafood front, if you had to pick one all-time favorite dish, what would it be? Grilled octopus? A proper bouillabaisse? Maybe a buttery lobster roll? I’m honestly getting hungry just thinking about it. :lobster:
