I’m trying to bully my middle into submission… so far its winning and wobbling!! And as for the saddles on those bike thingies…ouchee!! Waves and wanders off to the shower.

Good morning Lyn darlin’ belated warm welcome from me too. Can solve your exercise problem - buy a riser/recliner chair like I have (see my Avatar picture) and exercise will be come a thing of the past.
