Hello everyone,

I am a refugee from another forum and am looking for a friendly forum that is not too big. I am seriously over 50 but try to maintain a (sometimes) childish :mrgreen: :039:outlook on life.

I am a semi-retired complementary therapist and naturally have a great interest in health related matters.

I have been recommended here by a friend who, he tells me, IS registered on this forum but has not yet initiated me into the secret of his forum name.:102:

I look forward to meeting you all and contributing to the forums.
