Hi and welcome Scott. The first two years on this site are the worst. Hopefully you will have mastered it by then. Having said that, I still haven’t after more than ten years.

Welcome, Scott (I’m decoding your stage name)

You are going to learn about things/people/places/state of being you never imagined in your wildest dreams. :face_with_open_eyes_and_hand_over_mouth:
That’s not such a bad thing, for the most part.

Good morning LookingForward. Roaming is merely another way of saying wandering. To roam or wander without any particular intentions or restrictions. I quite enjoy roaming in the countryside, when it isn’t raining :+1:

I was just watching the tail end of the Chief Anisley and his dish was roasted chicken with roasted root Veggies…He sure spent some care of the stock/gravy which I know how important that is for the final Flavours…
So could see roasted chesnuts parsnips carrots small amounr of Beetroot and others that I could not say the names…Sure going to have a go at that…,.not complicated being a Roast…Have a view if you can was on ITV.
